Bea ranks first in their class of 455 students with a 4.0 unweighted and 4.95 weighted GPA, a testament to their intellectual drive and self-discipline. They have challenged themself with 7 Honors, 6 Advanced Placement (AP), and 5 Dual Enrollment courses, while maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence. Their SAT score of 1430 reflects the same intellectual curiosity and perseverance that have guided them throughout high school. What sets Bea apart is their balance of analytical and creative strengths. While deeply passionate about biology and health sciences, they are also a talented musician and composer who recently completed an original full-length musical. Bea’s leadership is equally impressive. As HOSA Historian, they have coordinated school blood drives and achieved top state and international honors in medical competitions, including 2nd in State for Family Medicine Physician and 9th internationally for Public Health. As Varsity Softball Captain, they led their team to its first league win and playoff appearance while earning multiple athletic and academic awards, including Most Valuable Player (MVP), 1st Team All-Conference, and Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) All-State Academic Team honors. Through their work with the Black Student Union and National Honor Society, Bea has contributed to countless service projects, community events, and mentoring programs.
