CCSD Policies and Regulations

Policies and Regulations

The Clark County School District (CCSD) establishes policies and regulations to guide daily operations, maintain consistency, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Policies set the overall direction and expectations approved by the Board of Trustees, while regulations provide detailed procedures for how those policies are carried out across schools and departments. Together, they create a clear framework that promotes accountability, supports student success, and helps staff, families, and the community understand how decisions are made and implemented within the district.
